AcroJets Gymnastics Booster Club is a nonprofit booster club formed to promote discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork, and dedication among youth in Western New York; to encourage and motivate such youth to gain leadership qualities, positive attitudes and strength of character; and to provide such youth with opportunities to participate in amateur gymnastics.

The original Acrojets Gymnastic Booster Club became a 501c3 in September of 1996. Since 1996, the rules governing Non-profit organizations have changed significantly. In 2014, the Booster Club began the process of re-structuring the organization to become compliant with the new laws and regulations.

With the assistance of Anne F. Downey, Esq., of Hodgson Russ LLP (Phone: 716-848-1683), the Club incorporated and re-applied for 501c3 approval.

The organization incorporated and re-applied for 501c3 status. The club was approved on August 25, 2015 as follows:
